A branding project collaboration with my younger brother. The thought was to try and reclaim Harry Potter music and fandom for queer and trans people through a largescale musical collab called Gnargles. As a queer person who used to like Harry Potter myself, this hit close to home. My brother and I contacted fellow disenchanted HP musicians, highlighting trans and queer folx, and created this album. 100% of the proceeds from the purchase of the album on bandcamp, the novelty casette tapes we made, and spotify streaming went straight to the Trevor Project. We raised a fair amount of money and got some press attention from Mugglenet, a rather large HP fansite.
I helped with project management, did all graphic and product design, as well as art direction. Additionally, I have a track on the album, “Put Your Honeydukes Up”.
